1.1 Return Conditions:
- You can return your product within 30 days from the date of purchase.
- The product must be in new condition, undamaged, and exactly as received.
- The product must be in its original packaging, including all accessories and documentation.
- Please inspect your order upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue promptly. (Up to 7 days from delivery).
1.2 Exchanges:
- The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the current item and place a new order once the return is approved.

1.3 Return Costs:
- Return shipping costs, including VAT and customs fees, are the customer’s responsibility.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

The customer will be required to return the package according to the exact instructions provided by our customer service team. If the package incurs customs duties, taxes, or additional fees upon arrival at our warehouse, the refund will be issued minus any extra costs charged to the company.

- Ensure that all items are securely packed in their original packaging with all tags and accessories included.
- We do not accept used or damaged products for return.

2.3 Refunds:
- Once we receive your return, we will inspect the product.
If approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method. - The refund will appear in your account within 10 days, depending on your bank or credit card provider’s policies.
- If 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you have not received your refund, please contact us.
