What Does the Warranty Cover?

✔ Detached handles or straps – As long as no excessive force was applied.
✔ Broken buckles, clips, or magnets – If they break under normal and reasonable use.
What Is Not Covered?
❌ Normal wear and tear – Including fabric fading, peeling, stains, or odors caused by prolonged use.
❌ Improper use or damage – Tears, holes, scratches, or deformations caused by overloading, impact, or misuse.
❌ Unauthorized repairs or modifications – Any repair or alteration by an unauthorized party may void the warranty.
❌ Loss or theft – The warranty only covers manufacturing defects and does not cover lost or stolen items.

Loved it, but it arrived a few days late
The bag is stunning – way more beautiful than in the photos – but it took about a week and a
half to arrive, which stressed me a bit before my trip. Thankfully it made it on time. Totally
worth it though.
Used it for a week-long trip - no extra luggage needed
I managed to fit everything into this one bag, including shoes and some bulkier clothes.
Didn't need to check in a suitcase, which was the goal.
Worked fine as carry-on too.
We traveled with a large suitcase and this bag as our carry-on. When the suitcase was overweight, we shifted some clothes into the bag — and just like that, we saved $170! We couldn’t believe it. Got on the plane with no issues at all. Brilliant concept. We absolutely loved it and highly recommend!
Although I have not traveled with this yet, I am very pleased with my purchase. Can't wait to use it for my vacation in April 2025.
