I had a small issue when I first ordered because the color I wanted was sold out and I was disappointed, but customer service offered me a free upgrade to a newer edition and that really impressed me. When it arrived, the fabric was thick, stitching perfect and it looks like the product in the picture. The only reason I’m not giving five stars is because I wish there were more color choices. Other than that, it has replaced my backpack and I now use it every single day.
