What Does the Warranty Cover?

✔ Loose stitching – If the stitching comes undone due to a manufacturing defect rather than normal wear and tear.

✔ Detached handles or straps – As long as no excessive force was applied.

✔ Broken buckles, clips, or magnets – If they break under normal and reasonable use.

What Is Not Covered?

❌ Normal wear and tear – Including fabric fading, peeling, stains, or odors caused by prolonged use.

❌ Improper use or damage – Tears, holes, scratches, or deformations caused by overloading, impact, or misuse.

❌ Unauthorized repairs or modifications – Any repair or alteration by an unauthorized party may void the warranty.

❌ Loss or theft – The warranty only covers manufacturing defects and does not cover lost or stolen items.

How to Claim Your Warranty?
